Your Mission:

As Customer Success – French Speaking Markets, you will be the trusted advisor for our real estate clients in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and other French-speaking markets. You’ll help them get the most out of our platform with onboarding, training, insights, and hands-on support to ensure they thrive while proactively identifying opportunities to grow engagement and develop new relationships across the market.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver impactful onboarding sessions, workshops, and webinars;
• Support customers across multiple channels (tickets, email, phone), ensuring timely and effective responses;
• Handle customer requests efficiently, using the right information and a customer-first approach;
• Develop a strong understanding of CASAFARI’s product and the real estate industry;
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers across Europe;
• Deliver webinars and product sessions to help customers maximise product usage;
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities;
• Analyse customer data to understand behaviour, needs, and engagement levels;
• Create targeted campaigns for new customers and reactivation campaigns for less active users;
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and share insights with Account Management.
• Train and support new team members within client agencies;
• Build strong, trusted relationships with users;
• Gather insights through product/customer interviews to improve our services;
• Act as the bridge between client needs and our product team;
• Proactively identify and develop new opportunities and leads across the French-speaking markets;
• Take initiative in reaching out to potential clients and developing new relationships when relevant;
• Contribute to building and shaping this function, helping define new approaches and processes as we grow;
• Meet key clients in person and travel internationally when relevant to support client relationships and business opportunities.

Who You Are:

• Native-level proficiency in French with fluent English;
• Based in Portugal;
• 2+ years of experience in the same role or in similar positions within the Customer Success area;
• Enthusiastic about AI, tech, and real estate;
• Comfortable with CRM/tools and digital platforms;
• Highly proactive, action-oriented and comfortable taking ownership;
• You don't wait for instructions or fully defined processes to move things forward;
• Empathetic and customer-focused - you love helping people succeed;
• Curious, fast learner, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in new technologies, especially, AI;
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, start-up environment;
• You naturally identify opportunities, take initiative and turn ideas into action;
• Comfortable working in an evolving environment where not everything is already defined and helping create structure along the way.
