What You'll do:
- Design, implement, and manage infrastructure platforms to support business and application needs.
- Translate high-level architecture into detailed technical designs and implementations.
- Resolve escalated incidents and support requests from first and second-line teams.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure infrastructure alignment with application requirements.
- Participate in infrastructure-related projects, from planning to execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
- Provide technical input in customer and supplier meetings, both remotely and on?site.
- Support out-of-hours service requests as part of an on-call rotation.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to team knowledge and process improvements.

What You Are:
- 5+ years of experience as system administrator/infrastructure engineer
- Strong experience in IT infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance.
- Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure;
- Virtualization technologies: VMware and/or Hyper-V;
- System and application monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management;
- Familiarity with: Infrastructure and network security principles; CIS and NIST security frameworks, ITIL practices (certification is a plus);
- Linux experience is a plus;
- Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a strong advantage;
