Help customers realize their life projects, personal loans, and financing goals with expert advice. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound phone inquiries from French clients concerning active credit accounts and new loan applications. Analyze individual financial project needs and guide customers toward personalized financing options. Cultivate high-value, long-lasting client relationships grounded in trust, clarity, and relational excellence. Capitalize on cross-selling and commercial opportunities during customer interactions. Ensure full regulatory compliance, data privacy, and precise file management according to financial standards. Requirements & Qualifications Native or C2-level fluency in French. Must live in or very near Braga, Portugal (Strict on-site requirement). Strong interpersonal skills, financial empathy, and active listening capabilities. Rigor, integrity, and attention to detail when managing customer data and financial files. Previous experience in banking, insurance, credit, or customer support is a plus.
