CloserHire is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard Social Media Content Moderators to join their teams in Lisbon and to support a major social media giant to work in the Czech market. Location: Lisbon, Portugal Language: Czech Start date: 27/7 Your Role Reviewing Reported Content: Thoroughly examine reported content, including images, videos, text, and ads, to ensure they align with legal standards and platform policies in both Latvian and English Assessing Ads: Evaluate advertisements to ensure they comply with legal regulations and are free from misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content Investigating Violations: Use internal tools and resources to investigate reported violations, verifying claims and determining appropriate actions Maintaining Compliance: Ensure all content and ads meet legal requirements and platform guidelines, addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise Documenting and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of moderation activities and prepare reports on findings, identifying trends or patterns in reported content Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to resolve complex issues and support the development of platform policies Providing Feedback: Offer valuable insights and recommendations for improving content moderation processes and policies based on your observations and experiences Adapting to Changes: Stay informed about changes in legal regulations and platform policies, ensuring your work remains effective and compliant with current standards Your Profile Native of Czech B2 level of English The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused and structured environment An ability to make decision based on rules and policies A passion for helping others achieve results An ability to handle potentially stressful situations What Is Offered 22 days of holiday Private health insurance Yearly flight home sponsored Relocation support with flight costs reimbursement and a room Support of employees experienced in helping relocating colleagues Free Portuguese classes Temporary contract for 12 months Permanent after 2 years Training compensation about 50% – around 15 working days After the training schedule for 8 hours daily, 5 times per week in shifts on weekly rotation with colleagues covering line operating hours from Monday to Sunday, 24/7 Water sport activities, soft trekking and more A dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere Relocation permanent accomodation provided - check project files in drive
