Location: Porto, Portugal Language: Italian Start date: 3/9 Your Role Customer support to Italian speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels Aid our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our products and services Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing Your Profile Excellent Italian (C1) and fluent English (B2) skills Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable) Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you) Excellent language skills in the job language, and comfortable speaking and writing in English Love to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customers Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you Curious and persistent to solve issues Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations What Is Offered Excellent remuneration package Modern Office’s in Porto Private medical insurance Unlimited contract Shifts Monday – Sunday 40h per week, between 08h-19h (8h/day) Meal cards Performance bonus A dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere Guidance and tools to reach your full potential Relocation Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary.
