CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to recruit Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialists for a new project based in Italy. In this role, you will provide professional technical assistance and customer support to users of cutting-edge camera drones. You will guide customers through troubleshooting, product usage, and problem resolution while ensuring an excellent overall experience.
