CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit a French-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you’ll support clients in managing their insurance policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Location: Lisbon, Portugal Language: French Start date: 6/8 Your Role Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets Your Profile Native-level fluency in French (C2) and proficient in English (B2) Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, diplomatic, and solution-oriented approach to handling customer queries Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Proactive and motivated to maintain a high standard of performance Eligible to work in Portugal What Is Offered Full-time position with indefinite contract On-site role in a central Lisbon location Full paid training to prepare you for the role Performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities Referral bonus program for recommending new colleagues Access to career development programs, language courses, and learning platforms A dynamic, multicultural work environment with growth potential Relocation Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary.
