Key Responsibilities
- Manage automotive recall cases efficiently ensuring vehicle safety updates and owner communication.
- Provide end-to-end case management support for Dutch and English-speaking vehicle owners.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and logistics between vehicle owners and local dealerships.
- Deliver empathetic clear and action-oriented assistance to address safety concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate case logs and update tracking systems in real-time.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluent or native proficiency in Dutch Strong working command of English.
- Must be a local resident of Greater Lisbon Portugal.
- Prior experience in customer care recall support or complex case handling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and calm reassuring phone presence.
- Availability for fixed daytime schedule (MonFri 08:0017:00).
