Location: Lisbon, Portugal Language: Polish Start date: 7/9 Your Role Provide customer support to pet owners via phone, email, and other communication channels Respond to product-related inquiries and deliver accurate information Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible Manage your own case workload while independently identifying the best solutions for customers Escalate complex issues when necessary to minimize business risk Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing customer feedback and insights Work collaboratively with your team to achieve service quality targets and performance objectives Your Profile Native-level fluency in Polish Good command of English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer cases Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools An interest in animals or previous experience related to pet care is considered an advantage What Is Offered Office-based position in Lisbon, Portugal Relocation support, including the option of company accommodation for eligible candidates relocating from more than 100 km away Monday to Friday schedule, 08:00–17:00 Full-time employment Comprehensive onboarding and 5-day paid training Health insurance from the first day of employment Meal allowance Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in accordance with Portuguese employment law Modern office facilities with excellent amenities Ongoing training and professional development opportunities International and multicultural working environment with excellent career growth prospects Relocation permanent accomodation provided - check project files in drive
