Content Moderator – Dutch Speaker | E-commercePlatform

CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator for an exciting e-commerce project based in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural team, working in a fast-paced environment that values high standards of quality and compliance. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that products and services meet quality and legal standards across a popular e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will involve reviewing content, maintaining compliance with platform policies, and making informed moderation decisions based on local market knowledge. Location: Lisbon, Portugal Language: Dutch Start date: 6/8 or 3/9 Your Role Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week Your Profile Native-level fluency in Dutch and good command of English (B2 level minimum) Strong communication and decision-making skills Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment What Is Offered Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives Relocation support package available for international candidates Private health insurance Meal allowance and transport allowance.
