Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in Dutch and English regarding vehicle specifications digital connected services and dealer support.
- Provide first-contact resolution with a focus on premium quality luxury service standards and empathy.
- Manage user accounts connected app troubleshooting and customer requests in the CRM platform.
- Build lasting trust and brand loyalty with clients and prospective buyers.
- Escalate complex technical matters to specialist teams while keeping the customer informed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluency or native-level mastery in Dutch (C1/C2) and fluent command of English.
- Current residence in Portugal with all required work authorization documents.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken with high emotional intelligence.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated worker capable of thriving in a work-from-home environment.
