This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to provide specialized support via chat to sales teams and advertisers on a major digital advertising platform. As a B2B Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to sales teams and advertisers using a digital advertising platform. All support is delivered through chat, ensuring fast, accurate, and professional service. Location: Lisbon, Portugal Language: Italian Start date: 6/8 Your Role Supporting B2B clients (sales and advertisers) via live chat Troubleshooting platform-related issues and providing efficient resolutions Using ticketing tools to track, document, and manage customer interactions Escalating complex or technical cases as needed Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates Ensuring a high standard of service quality, responsiveness, and accuracy Your Profile Fluency in Italian (C2 level) and English (B2 level) Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support Prior experience handling B2B communication via chat and/or ticketing systems is a strong plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced support environment Tech-savvy and adaptable to platform updates and new tools What Is Offered Attractive base salary and performance-based incentives Relocation support package to help you settle into life in Lisbon Private health insurance and additional benefits Opportunity to work for a globally recognized brand and enhance your CV A vibrant and multicultural work environment Modern office in central Lisbon, easily accessible and well-equipped Relocation Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary.
