CloserHire partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Representative for FinTech platform, to join their their team in Porto, Portugal. Location: Porto, Portugal Language: French Start date: 17/8, 24/8, 31/8, 14/9, 21/9 Your Role Provide technical support in French (for customers) and English (for developers) via chat and voice channels Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical details clearly and effectively Your Profile Native / fluent in French both verbal and written Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) Strong understanding of MySQL Knowledge / familiarity with Postman will be considered as an advantage Available to work in shift rotation – Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM High school degree or equivalent (or higher) No prior work experience required, but a solid knowledge of MySQL is essential Knack for technology and providing outstanding customer support Ability to attend 2 week of office based training in Porto (accommodation support during training period provided) What Is Offered Full-time on-site position in Porto 40-hour work week with 8-hour days and 1-hour lunch break Paid annual leave and public holidays with compensatory days if working on holidays Competitive salary package including meal allowance, holiday, and Christmas bonus Health insurance from day one Paid training and structured onboarding for the role Career development opportunities in technical customer support International and multicultural work environment Full support from CloserHire throughout the recruitment and onboarding process Relocation 2 weeks training in Porto (accomodation provided), then full WFH + on site 1 day once per quarter
