Key Information
- Schedule: L1: Monday to Friday. L2: Monday to Friday with additional Saturday shifts.
- Working Hours: L1: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. L2: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM andSaturday shifts between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Gross Salary: L1 (French/English): Base salary of 1019 * 14 annually. L1 (German):Base salary of 1437 * 14 annually. L2: Base salary of 1120 * 14 annually. All levelsinclude a guaranteed productivity bonus for the first 6 months (100/month) a 25attendance bonus and approximately 126 meal allowance (cash) plus companybenefits and partnerships currently in place.
- Relocation: No relocation support provided; candidates must reside near Porto.

Requirements
- Fluent in French (required for both L1 and L2 roles).
- For L1 roles: Fluent in German (at least B2 level) OR possess IT knowledge.
- For L2 roles: Knowledge of English (common in the IT field) is required.
- For L2 roles: Previous experience in similar support roles is required.
- No prior experience is required for L1 roles.
- Candidates must reside around Porto Portugal.
