Turkish-Speaking Advertising Support Specialist | Social Media Platform

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit native Turkish-speaking Advertising Support Specialists for an international digital advertising project in Portugal. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about online advertising, social media, and technology. You will support business clients by helping them navigate advertising tools, resolve platform-related issues, and improve their overall advertising experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses
• (SMBs) across chat, email, and phone channels in both
• Turkish and English Support advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales queries related to self-service advertising products
• Assist clients with platform tools and features to improve their advertising experience
• Troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and support clients in resolving technical concerns
• Identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple business clients
• Conduct outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner
• Work as part of a multilingual and motivated support team

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in Turkish English proficiency for communication and training purposes
• Interest in online advertising, technology, and digital platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client interactions
• Comfortable supporting business clients across multiple communication channels
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems

Benefits:

• Employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months
