What You'll do: - Lead the design of complex functional solutions to address business requirements and support digital transformation initiatives; - Conduct in-depth functional analysis and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements; - Prepare high-level functional documentation (Functional Design Documents) aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices; - Configure and customize Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on scalability and performance; - Ensure effective coordination between functional and technical teams for proper solution implementation; - Lead the definition and execution of functional and user acceptance tests (UAT) to ensure requirements are met; - Develop test plans, user manuals, and training materials for key users and operational teams; - Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in functional methodologies and internal processes; - Mentor and support junior functional consultants within the team; - Hybrid Work Model; What You Are: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; - Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles, with proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects; - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, particularly Sales and Customer Service; - Ability to lead functional workstreams and engage independently with business stakeholders; - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus; - Microsoft certifications are a plus; What youll get: - Wage according to candidate's professional experience; - Remote Work whenever possible; - Allocation of health insurance from the beginning of the employment; - Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; - And others.
