Responsibilities Assist customers across various channels with questions on subscription, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics. Receive incoming calls from Bouygues Telecom customers. Welcome and advise Bouygues Telecom customers. Offer personalized solutions on every call. Embrace and share the Bouygues Telecom culture with colleagues daily.
