CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Italian-speaking Customer Travel Advisors for an international business travel project based in Porto, Portugal. If you have experience in customer service and a passion for travel, this is an exciting opportunity to join a team supporting business travelers across the globe. You will assist customers with their travel arrangements while ensuring a seamless, efficient, and professional experience through an innovative corporate travel platform. Language required: Italian Highlights: Relocation support included Private health insurance Meal allowance Responsibilities: Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English Assist business travelers with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements Provide accurate information about travel services, destinations, and company policies Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements Deliver a professional and personalized customer experience throughout every interaction Qualifications: Native-level fluency in Italian English proficiency at C1 level Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry High School Diploma (12th grade or equivalent) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple digital tools Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
