In this position, you will work with a globally recognized digital platform, supporting businesses in building and optimizing their online advertising strategies. You will play a key role in driving growth, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful marketing solutions in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Language required: English Highlights: Career growth opportunities Fully paid training Responsibilities: Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, email, social outreach) Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients and agency partners Support onboarding and activation of new advertisers Act as a trusted advisor, recommending tailored advertising solutions Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to drive performance and ROI Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies based on performance data Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client experiences Qualifications: Fluent English (C1/C2) 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet KPIs and targets Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
