As a B2B Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to sales teams and advertisers using a digital advertising platform. All support is delivered through chat, ensuring fast, accurate, and professional service. Language required: Dutch Highlights: Relocation support included Private health insurance Responsibilities: Supporting B2B clients (sales and advertisers) via live chat Troubleshooting platform-related issues and providing efficient resolutions Using ticketing tools to track, document, and manage customer interactions Escalating complex or technical cases as needed Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates Ensuring a high standard of service quality, responsiveness, and accuracy Qualifications: Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and English (B2 level) Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support Prior experience handling B2B communication via chat and/or ticketing systems is a strong plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced support environment Tech-savvy and adaptable to platform updates and new tools
