Responsibilities:
- Providing customer support via phone chat and email in Dutch
- Accurately logging and tracking interactions in the CRM system
- Troubleshooting payment and account issues related to digital wallet products
- Offering clear timely resolutions with professionalism and empathy
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and service standards
Qualifications:
- C2-level fluency in Dutch and strong command of English (B2)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service hospitality retail or similar environments (preferred)
- Experience in financial services fintech or internet-based companies is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using PC-based tools internet systems and software applications
