Language required: French Highlights: Salary up to 1070 EUR with bonus Private health insurance Meal allowance Responsibilities: Guide and support healthcare professionals by phone, responding to incoming queries and making proactive follow-up calls Deliver remote training sessions to ensure users feel confident navigating the platform Handle requests received via email and ticketing systems, ensuring fast and accurate resolution Advise customers on product features and usage, resolving doubts and helping them make the most of the software Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback on recurring issues Maintain clear documentation of client interactions in internal systems Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing customer insights with the relevant teams Qualifications: Fluent in French (C2) Previous experience in a customer service or tech support role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with providing phone-based training and guidance Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and software quickly Eligible to work in Portugal
