What the job actually involves
Day to day you will be provide technical support in French (for customers) and English (for developers) via chat and voice channels, troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using, mySQL Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary, ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical details clearly and effectively.

Who this suits
- Ability to attend 2 week of office based training in Porto (accommodation support during training period provided)
- Knack for technology and providing outstanding customer support
- No prior work experience required, but a solid knowledge of MySQL is essential
- Available to work in shift rotation – Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM High school degree or equivalent (or higher)
- Strong understanding of MySQL Knowledge / familiarity with Postman will be considered as an advantage
- Native / fluent in French both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Getting you there
To help you make the move: 2 weeks training in Porto (accomodation provided), then full WFH + on site 1 day once per quarter, notes: candidates need to first pass duplicate check and then pass the following tests: (french), on site 1 day once per quarter, and project: Pennylane SQL.
