What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, including videos, posts, and comments, identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content, apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions, collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends, document moderation actions and maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the moderation team.
