About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit German-speaking Customer Travel Advisors for an international business travel project based in Porto Portugal. If you have experience in customer service and a passion for travel this is an exciting opportunity to join a team supporting business travelers across the globe. You will assist customers with their travel arrangements while ensuring a seamless efficient and professional experience through an innovative corporate travel platform.

What you will do

• Provide customer support via phone email and chat in German and English
• Assist business travelers with booking modifying and cancelling travel arrangements
• Provide accurate information about travel services destinations and company policies
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently escalating complex cases when necessary
• Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements
• Deliver a professional and personalized customer experience throughout every interaction

What we are looking for

• Native-level fluency in German English proficiency at C1 level
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferably within the travel or hospitality industry High School
• Diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple digital tools
• Adaptable flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Salary

Inside Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor Health Insurance since day 1 for small amount free after 6 months
