About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international outsourcing group in Portugal to recruit Customer Support & Billing Specialists for a large-scale public services operation. The project supports critical road infrastructure services, combining customer support, billing, and administrative communication across digital channels. This is a stable, long-term opportunity within a regulated, essential-services environment, ideal for candidates who enjoy structured processes, customer interaction, and administrative accuracy.

What you'll do

• Handling customer queries related to accounts, billing, tolls, and service information
• Registering requests, complaints, and clarifications in internal systems for full traceability
• Performing billing, collection, and revenue reconciliation activities
• Communicating with external entities such as authorities and regulatory bodies when required
• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Contributing to service quality, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction
• All communication is handled via phone, email, and digital channels. Your Profile
• Native or C1 level
• Dutch and good English skills
• Comfortable working with customers and administrative processes

Salary

1050€ with room
