About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to recruit Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialists for a new project based in this role you will provide professional technical assistance and customer support to users of cutting-edge camera drones. You will guide customers through troubleshooting product usage and problem resolution while ensuring an excellent overall experience.

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Italian. Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues with camera drones. Assist customers with setup functionality and maintenance guidance. Educate users on features firmware updates and common usage issues. Log and manage cases accurately in internal systems. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex technical problems. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

What we are looking for

• Native or fluent Italian (C1 level)
• Basic knowledge of English for internal communication
• Previous experience in technical support IT or electronics is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced international environment
• Interest or experience in drones consumer electronics or related technology is a plus
