Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist (Search Engine) – Lisbon, Portugal

What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels. Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support. Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions. Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed. Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets. Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction. Review and provide feedback on help content.

Getting you there

To help you make the move: accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside, portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor. Reimbursement of flight ticket on the 6th month of work, up to 400EUR. Health, insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months, and notes: Monday to Friday – 08:00AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational) Saturday and Sunday – 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM Days Off: 2 Days Rotational".
