The role
CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon. In this position, you will support a premium consumer brand, delivering a high-quality and personalized customer experience across multiple channels. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction builds trust, engagement, and long-term customer loyalty.
Day to day that means provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and personalized customer experience, handle both inbound and outbound contacts, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, deliver high-quality service with a strong focus on first contact resolution, act as a brand ambassador, representing products and services with confidence and expertise, assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and account-related topics, identify opportunities for customer retention and upselling, based on customer preferences, and maintain accurate records and follow internal processes to ensure service excellence.
What you need

- Ability to handle both service and sales-oriented conversations
- Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage
The rest of the package
You also get full-time on-site position in Lisbon 40 hours per week with rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday between 07:00 – 19:00, paid training (approximately 11 working days, 8 hours per day), training compensation upon successful completion, health insurance from day one 22 days of paid annual leave + Portuguese public holidays, modern office environment with good transport connections, international and multicultural team, and career growth opportunities within a global organization.
