About the role
CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit French-speaking Digital Marketing Sales Specialists for an international online advertising project based in Lisbon Portugal. If youre passionate about digital marketing online advertising and sales this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team helping businesses grow through innovative advertising solutions. Youll act as a trusted consultant building long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to maximize the success of their online marketing campaigns.
This is a hybrid role combining office and remote work following the onboarding and training period.
What you will do
- Manage an existing portfolio of business clients and identify new sales opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and act as a strategic digital marketing consultant
- Understand customer business goals and recommend tailored online advertising solutions
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and account expansion
- Educate customers on digital marketing products features and best practices
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving individual sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using internal CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer success and campaign performance
What we are looking for
- Native-level fluency in French
- Good command of English Previous experience in sales account management digital marketing or customer success is highly desirable
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities
- Passion for digital technologies and online advertising
- Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a target-driven fast-paced international environment
