What the job actually involves
Day to day you will be guide and support healthcare professionals by phone, responding to incoming queries and making proactive follow-up calls, deliver remote training sessions to ensure users feel confident navigating the platform, handle requests received via email and ticketing systems, ensuring fast and accurate resolution, advise customers on product features and usage, resolving doubts and helping them make the most of the software, collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback on recurring issues, maintain clear documentation of client interactions in internal systems, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing customer insights with the relevant teams.
What you'll earn
930€ x 14 + Complexity Bonus paid in 11
Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.
