What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be : Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using Facebook and Instagram ads products. Assist clients through various communication channels, including live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls. Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers. Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients. Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ advertising experience.
