About the role

CloserHire partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to search for enthusiastic French-speaking Travel Advisors to join their Lisbon this role youll provide outstanding support via chat email and phone for customers in the travel and booking sector. Youll handle queries reservations and adjustments ensuring every customer experience is smooth and positive.

Youll also enjoy a structured onboarding program including a six-week nesting period with guided coaching to set you up for success.

What you will do

• Respond to customer queries via chat email and phone. Assist with bookings reservations and adjustments. Resolve customer enquiries quickly accurately and professionally. Keep detailed case records and maintain clear communication. Follow internal procedures and quality standards. Support continuous improvement with data analysis and performance insights. Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and client use.

What we are looking for

• C2 French speaker with B2 English skills
• Ability to work on site in Lisbon city center
• Experience in data analysis within a BPO or contact centre is strongly preferred Advanced Excel and reporting/data visualization skills. Strong analytical thinking attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Salary

1100EUR base salary (x14) plus 150EUR fix Sa language bonus meal allowance (7EUR daily) (gross)
