About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Italian-speaking Customer Travel Advisors for an international business travel project based in Porto Portugal. If you have experience in customer service and a passion for travel this is an exciting opportunity to join a team supporting business travelers across the globe. You will assist customers with their travel arrangements while ensuring a seamless efficient and professional experience through an innovative corporate travel platform.

What you will do

• Provide customer support via phone email and chat in Italian and English
• Assist business travelers with booking modifying and cancelling travel arrangements
• Provide accurate information about travel services destinations and company policies
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently escalating complex cases when necessary
• Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements
• Deliver a professional and personalized customer experience throughout every interaction

What we are looking for

• Native-level fluency in Italian English proficiency at C1 level
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferably within the travel or hospitality industry High School
• Diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple digital tools
• Adaptable flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Salary

1000 x 14 (gross) Meal Allowance 7.63 per working day Health Insurance Free since day 1 (but the candidates need to already have NIF and NISS if not they first need to take care of it as this data is mandatory to enroll them in health insurance)

Relocation support

Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR deducted from salary. Inside Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor Health Insurance since day 1 for small amount free after 6 months
