IT Recruiter (IEFP Internship) .

Your Mission Will Be: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing to hiring; Prepare and publish job ads, as well as screen and assess incoming applications; Perform administrative duties related to recruitment activities and ensure proper documentation; Identify and approach candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter using different sourcing strategies; Conduct video interviews while aligning closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

You Will Need: Completed Bachelor’s degree (Licenciatura); Eligibility for an IEFP internship program; Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office in Picoas); Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have: Previous internship or academic experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter; Interest in the IT market and technology roles.
