The project supports critical road infrastructure services, combining customer support, billing, and administrative communication across digital channels. What you'll do Handling customer queries related to accounts, billing, tolls, and service information Registering requests, complaints, and clarifications in internal systems for full traceability Performing billing, collection, and revenue reconciliation activities Communicating with external entities such as authorities and regulatory bodies when required Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards Contributing to service quality, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction All communication is handled via phone, email, and digital channels. Your Profile Native or C1 level Dutch and good English skills Comfortable working with customers and administrative processes Salary 1050€ with room Note how the two figures work: the lower one already has your accommodation deducted, because the company provides the room.
