What the job actually involves Day to day you will be provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English, assist players with account management, login, and payment-related inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues involving gaming consoles, software, and connected devices, guide customers through product setup, installation, synchronization, and troubleshooting, provide information and assistance before and after product purchases, accurately document customer interactions and follow internal support procedures, and escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up.
