Join the team and enhance the online advertising experience for clients on one of the most popular social media platforms worldwide. What you will do : Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using Facebook and Instagram ads products. Assist clients through various communication channels, including live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls. Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers. Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients. Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ advertising experience. What we are looking for : Fluency in Russian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2). Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage. Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
