What the job actually involves Day to day you will be respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels. Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support. Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions. Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed. Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets. Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction. Review and provide feedback on help content.
