In this position, you will support a financial application, helping customers manage their savings goals while providing guidance on available solutions within the energy sector. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience through both support and advisory interactions. What you will do Support customers via inbound and outbound calls, assisting with questions related to their savings goals Provide clear and professional guidance on available services and solutions Present and promote alternative contract options using upselling techniques aligned with customer needs Deliver accurate, complete, and relevant information using internal tools and processes Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction Follow internal procedures and maintain quality standards in all communications What we are looking for French at C2 level, spoken and written Good level of English for internal communication Previous experience in customer service, sales, or contact center environments is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle both support and sales-oriented conversations Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment Salary 880€ month x 14 + 170€ Performance Bonus (up to) (gross) · Lunch allowance of 7.23EUR / day + Transport allowance 20€ per month Benefits and what is on offer Full-time employment with stable, long-term career potential.
