Position: Italian Customer Support Specialist

Position Summary
Ready to build your career in Portugal We are seeking customer-focused Italian speakers to join our international team in Lisbon. As the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients you will resolve inquiries across phone email and live chat. This position is best suited for proactive problem-solvers who enjoy a dynamic team-oriented workplace.
Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Manage incoming Italian customer queries across calls emails and live chats using a polite professional approach.
  
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose client concerns identify underlying problems and deliver accurate tailored solutions efficiently.
  
• System Documentation: Accurately log interaction details support tickets and resolution notes within internal CRM tools.
  
• KPI Achievement: Consistently meet performance targets such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) First Contact Resolution (FCR) and Average Handle Time (AHT).
  
• Continuous Learning: Attend regular training workshops to stay updated on product updates internal policies and operational workflows.
  

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Native or C1/C2 proficiency in Italian (written and spoken); minimum B2 English for internal communications training and software usage.
  
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible rotating 24/7 shifts.
  
• Location: On-site presence required at the Lisbon office.
  
• Work Authorization: EU/EEA citizenship EU passport or a valid Portuguese work permit.
  
• Core Skills: Strong communication active listening calm under pressure and a solution-oriented mindset.
  

Compensation Options

• Option A: Local Package (For Local Residents)
  
  • Base Pay: 1262.33 gross monthly (paid across 12 months).
    
  • Housing: Self-arranged living accommodations.
    
  • Best For: Candidates who currently reside in Lisbon or prefer to manage their own living situation.
    
• Option B: Relocation Package (For Candidates Moving to Lisbon)
  
  • Base Pay: 1059.00 gross monthly (paid across 12 months).
    
  • Housing Included: A private bedroom in a shared company apartment with all basic utility bills (water gas electricity wifi) fully covered.
