Role Overview: As a Customer Specialist , you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, supporting them with a variety of questions, requests, and concerns. Key Responsibilities: Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels. Assist customers with inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests. Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions. Support customers throughout different processes, platforms, and services by providing clear and easy-to-understand guidance. Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction. Escalate complex, sensitive, or exceptional cases to the appropriate departments in line with established procedures.
