Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work model: on-site
Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract)
1100 EUR per month (x14 salaries)Complexity bonus of 100

7.63 per day net meal allowance
We are offering a 2000 Welcome Bonus. This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Investigate and resolved buyer seller customer or creator issues including order and logistics inquiries
- Reviewe reported cases within established turnaround times and quality standards
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues according to company protocols.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Dutch Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Ability to listen actively identify apply and explain service with expertise clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
- Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone tablet or computer)
- Good and customer-friendly service
- Curious and persistent in solving issues
- Organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- Working schedule: Monday - Sunday 24/7 rotating shifts.
