Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly professional and efficient customer support via phone email live chat and other communication channels.
• Handle customer inquiries related to accounts products services orders and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate timely and solution-oriented assistance.
• Guide customers through processes platforms and services by providing clear and easy-to-follow information.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately record customer interactions requests actions taken and case resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex sensitive or exceptional cases to the appropriate teams according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and within the required timeframe.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction service quality productivity and response times.
• Stay up to date with company products services policies procedures and best practices through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Flemish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
