Job Description

As a Commerce Delivery Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of complex product development initiatives within a critical E-Commerce program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time within scope and meet the highest quality standards for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning execution and delivery of product development initiatives.
• Define the delivery scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with client management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed delivery plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders providing regular updates and status reports.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to drive decision-making and resolve delivery issues.
• Manage changes to the delivery scope and schedule.
• Ensure that deliveries are delivered on time and within scope.
• Conduct post-delivery evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the product management team to define product vision strategy and roadmap.
• Report and escalate to Programme Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Commerce Delivery Lead in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall Hybrid) and tools (e.g. Jira Trello MS Project).
• Demonstrated experience in product management including product lifecycle management and roadmap development.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• PMP PMI-ACP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and monitoring tools (Bamboo / Jenkins or similar Grafana / OpenSearch or similar) is a plus.
