Remote Italian-Speaking Junior Sales Representative

As a Telesales Representative, you will engage with prospective and existing customers, identify sales opportunities, promote products and services, and contribute to business growth through effective customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Generate and qualify sales opportunities. Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals. Build strong and lasting customer relationships. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly. Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. Requirements Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level). Good command of English (B2 level or higher). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Sales-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems. Previous experience in sales, telesales, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required. Positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to grow professionally.
