Junior Consultant SAP Sales & Services

You live in Greater Lisbon or Porto are willing to be 2-3 times week present in one of our offices and like to join Kardex as a Junior Consultant SAP Sales & Services (Subject Matter Expert Sales and Service Process). You will be one of the first employees in our brand new office around Parque das Nações / Oriente in Lisbon or in Porto Portugal.

Your tasks

• You consult and support the Application Owner in SAP environments

• You analyze and document business process and technical requirements

• You recommend solutions aligned with IT strategy and guidelines

• You define and coordinate required system changes with stakeholders

• You perform SAP customizing and optimize system processes

• You provide 2nd level support and ensure 3rd level support via partners

• You participate in SAP projects and train key users

Your profile

• You bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems

• You have strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA (SD MM Logistics)

• You have solid expertise in business processes and SAP customizing

• You think analytically and work in a structured way

• You communicate confidently in international environments

• You have full business proficiency in English German is a plus
