If you have experience in customer service and a passion for travel, this is an exciting opportunity to join a team supporting business travelers across the globe. You will assist customers with their travel arrangements while ensuring a seamless, efficient, and professional experience through an innovative corporate travel platform. What you will do Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in German and English Assist business travelers with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements Provide accurate information about travel services, destinations, and company policies Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements Deliver a professional and personalized customer experience throughout every interaction What we are looking for Native-level fluency in German English proficiency at C1 level Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry High School Diploma (12th grade or equivalent) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple digital tools Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Salary 1100€ x 14 (gross) · Meal Allowance 7.63€ per working day + Health Insurance Free since day 1 (but the candidates need to already have NIF and NISS, if not, they first need to take care of it, as this data is mandatory to enroll them in health insurance) Benefits and what is on offer Office-based position in Porto, Portugal Comprehensive onboarding and paid training Relocation support for candidates moving from outside Portugal, including accommodation in a shared apartment for up to 12 months Health insurance from day one of employment (upon completion of the required local registration) Meal allowance Stable employment with long-term career development opportunities Modern, multicultural, and supportive working environment Opportunity to work on an innovative business travel platform serving international corporate clients Relocation support Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary.
