Tester (Salesforce, Azure & Genesys Cloud)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tester to join our team and support quality assurance activities across Salesforce Development Azure Development and Genesys Cloud Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating application functionality identifying defects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design execute and maintain manual and automated test cases.
• Validate new features enhancements and bug fixes across Salesforce Azure and Genesys Cloud solutions.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios.
• Identify document track and verify defects through resolution.
• Perform functional integration regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Collaborate closely with developers business analysts product owners and other stakeholders.
• Ensure test coverage and quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes methodologies and tools.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Salesforce development experience (34 years) including Apex LWC and Aura.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (flows validation rules etc.).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs Azure middleware is a plus).
• Experience testing Azure-based solutions and cloud applications.
• Experience testing Genesys Cloud solutions and integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model (Salesforce Platform Service Cloud).
• Experience with version control (e.g. Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Basic understanding of testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working (user stories refinement sprints).
