This role combines back-office customer support, case management and connected vehicle services. You’ll manage customer requests from start to finish, helping users with vehicle-related digital services while ensuring an efficient and high-quality experience. The position operates Monday to Saturday, with rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.
